Winner of Indies Today Best Poetry Award 2021 for her debut novel Breaking Birds, Roberts returns with this beautifully poetic retelling of the myth of Achilles.

Destined from birth to become a legend, Achilles grew up training to be a warrior to fulfill his prophecy.

When the time comes, however, he begins to doubt the heroism of his bloodshed.

With war raging all around him, will Achilles find a reason to join the battle?

The Prophecy of Achillis is a beautifully written narrative poem that tells the story of Achillis in a lyrical and engaging way. If you're a fan of poetry or Greek mythology, this is definitely worth a listen. It’s only about an hour long, but it captures the emotion, drama, and depth of the myth. I thoroughly enjoyed it and found the verse format added a unique rhythm to the storytelling.

The narrator did a fantastic job. He portrayed the intensity and depth of Roberts raw and emotional writing style, especially through Achilles. My heart aches and I'm not at all surprised to love another book in the Myths Reborn Series.
