It was more of a sales pitch then they help book

he did a really good job of explaining by signing up with his coaching or council program he can help you grow the business. The book really didn’t discuss in much detail of how that gets done other than the basics of building systems and advertising for certain markets, etc. it was a very good sales pitch for, becoming a profitable trading coaching partner

Going from Tradesman to owner

A good start for tradespeople to are starting out on their own. The author should have had someone do a better job of editing the audio, there are numerous occasions of repeated sentences.

Jam packed with fundamentals and ideas

fast paced book that covers alot of the fundamentals of growing a trade based business.

This is the very basics of business leadership.

All good things for business. It's worth the money and the time. But it's only the basics. If your business is doing well you probably won't get much from this.
Very poorly produced. The author loses his place and trips over his words regularly and they didn't edit anything out.

GETTING STARTED

The book is an overview of the steps of a successful trade business. At times it felt more like they were marketing their consulting business. There were many mistakes with the reader repeating sentences. Not much editing went into the audio book. Overall the book was not bad but has potential to be better.

Concise approach to business but not proofread

Book does a good job of concisely explaining the different parts of a business. The audio has flaws and was not listened to by the editors, there are multiple re-reads and mistakes.

Nothing amazing but all good info.

He reads too fast for information to sink in and there are multiple reading errors where he repeats sentences 2-3 times. Might be better as a paper book investment.
