I liked the suggestions. Night owls can be just as productive as early risers. The point is to take advantage of some quiet time.

Nothing new here

No new ideas on how to beat procrastination. I don’t know if it was the author or a robot narrating but his voice was annoying.

This Book Demands My Brain To Be More Productive

I enjoyed this book! I listened to it mainly while struggling to be more organized and it kept me on my toes for sure! The material was just what I needed to stay encouraged. The narrator was solemn and edgy; I appreciate his consistency.

Points are succinct

Enjoyed listening to this, was quick and easy to digest and implement into daily life, the idea is to start to create good habits. This takes time, but sticking with small changes can make a lot of difference. The book also talks about utilising technology to help automate those processes we use everyday to save time. Much needed because every time we’re distracted even for 2 minutes we risk getting out of ‘mode’ with the high priority tasks. Thank you!
