Badass Habits is a eureka-sparking, easy-to-digest look at how our habits make us who we are, from the measly moments that happen in private to the resolutions we loudly broadcast (and, erm, often don't keep) on social media. Habit busting and building goes way beyond becoming a dedicated flosser or never showing up late again - our habits reveal our unmet desires, the gaps in our boundaries, our level of self-awareness, and our unconscious beliefs and fears.

You think if only you had willpower like other people, life would be different. Everything would change. But You Are Wrong. Will isn’t something you have or don’t. It’s not genetic or gifted to you. I had never given any book I had read 2 stars...
Hi, if You are plannig to read this book, then don't. hahaha.
Ok so, hear me out. This book is not near to what it said to be, the whole atomic habits on the cover, it's kind of propaganda driven if you ask me. Yes, this book has a couple of ok suggestions, to be fair, yet, as a person dedicated to human growth, this suggestions can also be found browsing on YouTube for 20min and even have a higher depth experience of explanation there... I highly doubt this is all there is about procastination and if that's it, then I'm surely misreading this book. Over some instances of the book the author get's to the point of contradicting what he has just said, it seemed kind of daunting. My veredict is, if You have never touched personal growth content, then this might, just might be an OK book for You, yet nothing near as trasformational as it intends to sell itself as. On the other side, if you have had contact, even mild contact, with self development information, then do not Buy this book and look up the Pomodoro technique and adap it as you see fit for your feats.
Hope this is usefull and ideally serves as constructive critisism, and reaches the Author.

Not good at all.
This book has suggestions such as go for a walk, read a book, and exercise. Those are the things I do to procrastinate so not super helpful. After listening for two hours I heard one helpful strategy. The other thing that bothered me was that every sentence was repeated twice, just in different words. If the author was writing this review he might say: The writing was terrible. The writing of the book was really bad.
I don't usually write reviews, but this had a lot of good reviews and no bad ones. I don't even know how that is possible, so I thought I'd give others a heads up.

It worked before I finished it.
The book will show that it's up to you and your actions but will also help you to detect what is holding you back. Listen and when you finish don't read anything else. Just shut down all distractions and get to work on your goals. They have to be the source of your well being and not your procrastinating habits anymore.

I couldn't stand the narrator
I can't comment much on the content of the book, because I couldn't stand the narrator. He sounds like a robot. Seriously like a robot. Like when my in-laws watch the local cable weather channel, and it's an automated robot voice reading the weather. No emotion, no voice inflection, it was hard to listen to so I gave up 10 minutes in. Maybe I'll come back around and listen in the future.
