Very badly done.
No insight! This person does weird exercises that don't work at all.

There’s something uniquely perfect about this book

I’ve now listen to this book at least three times. There are multiple things I love about it. Here are a few:
The content is practical and well-guided.
The narrator is calm, effective, normal, friendly, personable, unpretentious.
The production is very well done. I often find music and sound effects to be distracting within audiobooks, but this time they truly enhanced the experience of listening.
The book title, itself, (“Practical Mystic”) is an idea that I appreciate and an accurate representation of the material within.

This book is a masterfully uncomplicated guide and invitation for ordinary persons to cultivate and enjoy their innate intuition.
