A must-read, indeed.

This book is wonderful, anxiety or other mental health issues, then you may be interested in the power of cognitive behavioral therapy. I've learned so much about how the brain works and reacts to depression and other negative feelings we feel. This is an interesting audiobook, you should follow it to get better outcomes.

This book can be used as a resource to help a person break bad habits, learn how to control anxiety, and also show so many ways to use this book. There are several chapters within this book that I found very useful and will be looking at again. I have enjoyed learning more about meditation and therapy.

Learned a lot

This book is all you need

Depression and anxiety are extremely serious problem and require serious and notable treatment. Good thing that I found this book, it contains excellent guidelines to conquer these problems.

Therapeutic

Really good book to reduce stress

This is a really good book for working through in order to reduce stress, acknowledging that it is not the events that can be removed but only our reaction to them. I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to de-stress.

Best meditation book

I've tried meditation before and never quite understood it although it's a very simple concept. What I never understood was that I should not try to relax and that it was a constant process of concentrating on the breath (or whatever), drifting off, realizing and bringing the mind back. This is the first book I've read that's really explained meditation properly; how to do it and how and why it works.
