Glad I listened to this vs read the book
More like a motivational speech than story. I enjoyed the style of this book with its mix of narration by the author, quotes read by another speaker and inserts of sciencey snipits. The message of the book makes sense - was fun and effective to try some of the exercises suggested - I will use this book in daily life (I have). I know I would not have connected as well to the message had I read it versus listened.
