What about Yvette Keller’s performance did you like?
Her narrations are excellent. I can't imagine a Viola Roberts mystery without her!
Any additional comments?
Viola Robert's cozy mysteries continue with a short Christmas-themed story. This time Viola is planning a party for the Mayor and provides holiday desserts. A mystery illness breaks out at the party and Viola helps the police solve the case. I love to listen to these types of stories over the Christmas season. It is great to listen to while decorating or baking. This was a fun cozy further developing the characters in the series. Please continue the series!

Cute cosy mystery
A very quick, cute, cosy mystery, where Viola has to figure out who poisoned the Christmas pudding that caused guests at the mayor’s party to become sick. The narrator of the audiobook did a good job of bringing life to the characters and making this light, short story enjoyable. Even though it was easy to guess the culprit, it is still an entertaining tale.

Great Narrator, Fantastic Short
Viola is organizing the Mayor's Christmas party and has asks her to make his favorite steamed pudding. Someone has poisoned Viola's pudding. Viola's on the case. This was a short and very fast mystery. This listen was perfect to get lost in while doing things. I'm fully enjoying Viola's sassiness and can't wait to hear the rest of the series.

Short, sweet, and sassy
The Poison in the Pudding was my first encounter with Viola Roberts but I will definitely be going back for more. Viola is an enormously likable heroine, and despite the short length of the story, I found myself very invested in the characters and intrigued to find out what was going to happen next. The narrator slipped so seamlessly between the characters that I sometimes forgot it wasn't more than one person reading. Highly recommend!
