it was a great story of a coaches role as the man behind the scenes that was apart of more than 40 years in the NFL

Best Offensive Assistant in NFL History

Fantastic insight and review of Tom Moore’s career. Must for all NFL fans, but especially those fond of Offensive personnel relationships with their Position Coaches and Coordinators. Also, Tom’s relationships with his peers speaks volumes to his longevity. Would have loved even more on Bubby Brister!

Good Info Mediocre Execution

Love the Tom Moore story. Fun to compare to the info in Chuck Noll’s bio. On the negative, there are a few stories told multiple times and the organization of the book is poor. There is no clear progression and the stories go back and forth from present to past then present. Sometimes you have to backtrack to find out who is speaking.
