Excellent

From chapter 1 this story grabs you and takes you on a wild ride of twist and turns. Excellent story and plot and the characters were amazing.

Pretty Good but not great

Would have given this a 5 except the police and detective writing was so bad. The author didn’t do much research on how to write insights into how police work it sounded like juvenile writing. The fact that the detectives jumped to conclusions without any evidence was just ridiculous.

Great, Suspenseful

This will keep you guessing right up to the end!! Loved the title. Definitely worth a read/listen

this was a great long read/listen. Carried me through many hours of travel. I recommend this page turner

Loved this book!

Very much enjoyed listening to this book. Narrator was perfect too. I enjoyed that till the end I didn't know how the mysteries would turn out. Also nice that our heroine may have missed some things, but she didn't seem like a completely clueless female, as is the case in so many of my favorite domestic drama books

It was ok

Just ok. Wasn’t that suspenseful to me. Wasn’t worth my credit. Didn’t have me on the edge of my seat. It was just ok.

Enjoyed but needed to fast forward

I think this was generally a good storyline, gave it middle of the road markings for everything though. I believe it would have been more suspenseful if it wasn’t so slow. During the last two hours, I kept fast forwarding to get to another point of the story… It was a little bit dragged out which causes me to lose interest.

Didn’t add up

The premise of the story excellent, parts of the story very well developed, my disappointment comes with how little digging the detectives did to solve the crime, how easy they pointed a finger at the one who was only trying to help, the one who should have been the detective.
Narration was very well done, by Elaine and Hattie.

surprisingly good

this was a once you start, you gotta find out what happens next & then b shocked but pleased with story all the way to the end. EXCELLENT author!!!!
