A good overview of calming an anxious mind. I tend to be a naturally nervous person and am always worrying about things. This offers practical strategies for dealing with stress and anxiety that happen daily. Although I’m familiar with a lot of the tips, it still provides a good overview, and I did pick up some extra tips. I appreciate the supportive and gentle approach it takes.
