This is an interesting book. The backbone is "talk out loud about your plans and desires to a chief spiritual officer"

Whether the mechanic is simply programming your subconscious, or some actual metaphysical connecting with your inner spirit, that's what this book is about. It's from a strong business leaning, so a bit better grounded than a lot of new age nonsense books. It's mechanism is still agnostic theocratic in nature, so if that's not your bag, then this book isn't for you.

I'm approaching my life from a pragmatic view that just even realizing what my goals are, and speaking them aloud every day is a great way to begin the day. I found value in the book from that perspective. I like that the author comes from a successful corporate ownership background.

Exactly what I needed!

This book reminded me of some limited beliefs and fears that I have had since a child. With these principles I am able to over them. Also the power of forgiveness, after reading the nightly affirmation I immediately started feeling better and sleeping better. Thank You May, this book has blessed me. I had to order the paperback after listening.

I took so many notes throughout. This book ts packed full of wisdom that will change your thoughts , your words and guide you through daily affirmations for your best, highest functioning and grateful self. This book is packed full of golden nuggets. I highly suggest reading it and or listening to it more than once.
