Publisher's summary

It started with a revolution nobody had even realized occurred....

Its cruelty sparked a rebellion that everyone refused to admit existed....

Now, the Machine - a terrifying and relentless enemy - reigns supreme in the galaxy, and the real fight is just beginning.

Omega Force keenly feels the weight of responsibility for the Machine's arrival in the quadrant, but even with the resources of the Blazing Sun organized crime syndicate backing them, there's only so much the small mercenary crew can do against the malevolent AI that has already usurped control of most of the government.

With the Machine now firmly in control of the ConFed's military, they are out of time and out of options. Captain Jason Burke knows that along with the Machine, something else came back from the outer regions...something he's kept a secret from everybody, even his own crew. He knows that he likely has the power to stop the Machine in its tracks, but it means unleashing an equally uncontrollable force. As he struggles to know what the right thing to do is, he can't help but fear that the cure could very well be worse than the disease.

The Pandora Paradox is the 12th installment of the best-selling Omega Force series.

Great book. I love this series.

I loved this book. I listened to it right after finishing Boneshaker. I enjoyed the way they complimented each other. This is a great series. I can’t wait for the next one.

loving the series, but this one was a bit short

I kinda like the Terran Scout Fleet spinoff, though not nearly as much as straight Omega Force. Seems like the author's splitting their attention a bit here. Credits ain't cheap... I usually dont go for books this short. Hoping spinoff thing with shorter main story lines isn't just a strategy to get double the credits per written page...

I love these books.

each book has left me wanting more and I never felt like they was just a repeat of the same story or the author was just trying to skim by.

Series Gold

The narrator adds alot of personality to the series. This book advances the storyline and sets things up for an additional side series or at least several more books. love it

Another outstanding book in a amazing series

This book is a great addition to the series. Another fun trip with our favorite crew of idiots. I can't get enough of these guys and Dalzelle does a great job of character development as the main storyline progresses. Paul Heitsch is top notch as always. Can't wait for the next one!

Great story and performance by Heitsch!

This is a great addition to the Omega Force series. I love how small links to the Scout Fleet series are starting to get tied in. Also nothings can stay static forever and still be entertaining. As much as it hurts to see the team change, Dalzelle does a great job keeping the spirit the same.

Another Omega Force Homer!

I mean there's really not much to say Josh D. could prob publish a turd and as long as it was part of this series I'd prob love it. Haha! but really maybe this is just my niche as a sci-fi space and intelligence nerd but it's just right up my alley!

Main character is losing it….

A little better than the last book, but Jason Burke has devolved into the kinda guy everyone wants to asskick. Not a lot of leadership qualities and a real merc crew wouldn’t take the disrespect he dishes out. Personal dynamics are not very realistic.

wow, this series just gets better!

I love the omega force series, I have read them all. some series gets repetitive and in a way not so investing for me, but this series does not. the way Joshua expands the universe is very entertaining. but what drawes me in is the losses and hurts with loosing their friend lucky. really looking forward to the next book.
thank you Joshua!

Just another Omega book.

A lot of the original magic is lost.
Might relisten to the first few books.

Love the Omega force books

I have all 14 books with accompanying audio. Paul Heitsch brilliantly brings all the characters to life. This is my second time of listening to the whole series and I’m enjoying them just as much as the first time. Love Joshua Dalzelles writing

disappointing

my biggest pet peeve with the book and series now is the misuse of other characters.

there's a great opportunity to develop the main character through expanding on the relationship with his son but the author decides to use it as a minor plot device and then gloss over it. there's so little depth in what could be something that takes the book from average to something special
