This fun romantic comedy follows clumsy nurse Melanie Jenkins, who leaves her ER job for a fresh start as a private nurse in the mansion of Rhonda Miltmore, a matchmaking hypochondriac. There, she’s reunited with her childhood rival, Brent Miltmore, a grouchy billionaire in need of care after a fall. Determined to get back at each other, they spar in a lively clash of personalities that just might lead to romance. With humor, quirky characters, and plenty of laughs, this story is a lighthearted and charming read.

Fun Romantic Read

The dynamic between the leads kept me interested, and there were plenty of moments that made me smile. Very short read and a good way to unwind and escape for a bit. Definitely worth checking out if you’re into light, engaging reads with a bit of sass!

I love a good romance book and this does not disappoint! Melanie and Brents bickering and chemistry had me hooked! Rhondas matchmaking antics were hilariously over the top. It's the perfect blend of heart, humor and just the right amount of chaos!

The banter between the characters had me laughing, and their chemistry was off the charts. It’s the kind of story where you’re rooting for them to figure things out, even if they’re stubborn at first.

Fun and Entertaining

I really enjoyed this romantic comedy. It has been a while since I have listened to a book just for fun and to be entertained, and I am glad I did. The relationship between the nurse and the grumpy boss was both entertaining and heartwarming. Rhonda was one of my favorite characters, with her matchmaking skills. There was great character development throughout. This book was full or relatable, humorous moments. Fun, easy, enjoyable story to listen to- I am looking forward to the next book in the series!
