This is overall a really good book for is for new and old military service members. It's a great guide on how to build wealth, invest in real estate, and just overall make the right decisions.. He combines his military experience And personal life experience to give great advice on things that he did or wish that he would have done different . Overall it was a great book.

Great guide, His message inspired me to enlist
Not much fluff. I like that the list of things in his guide are explained in the order that you will be using them from the first day you ship out to basic to the day you decide to claim vet status. Obviously there’s lots of serendipity in life but this is a great foundation to build on. Which makes sense because David says the book is filled with all the tips and tricks he wishes someone would’ve told him before he started his career in the military. Anyways, for those of you that are serving... Thank you for your service. Read this book, nothing to lose... lots to gain.

I am very young still and learning. I am in the Army, and I just failed RASP. Listening to this book has given me the purpose to keep going in life.
