The BRAND NEW pulse-pounding cat & mouse thriller from INTERNATIONAL BESTSELLER Gemma Rogers

How can one 12-hour night shift be so deadly?

I loved the anonymity, flexibility and solitude that working the night shift at Storage Queen gave me.

The unsociable hours paid well, helping me fund my university degree and giving me a quiet place to study while the world slept peacefully in their warm, cozy beds. It was the perfect job for me.

But that Friday night proved to be more than I bargained for when a man walked through the door, dragging a large suitcase.

My immediate instincts told me something was wrong.

That’s when my ordeal began.

I just had to make it through the night shift.

A pacy, heart stopping thriller for the fans of Shari Lapena and Lisa Jewell.

Nina was brave and determined. At times, while reading, I felt as if I were her. Working all alone, walking the halls of an expansive storage center. Everything would've creeped me out, and I'd likely not survive my first shift, and that's without a killer being after me.

This made working a night shift that much creepier.

Are usually do not leave review audiobooks, but this one is extraordinarily bad. The problem is the performance. At times it's almost impossible to understand, and I lost story at some point. Too bad, because I usually like Gemma Rogers. I will never ever buy a book again with this narrator.

I loved this story so many lessons and much to take away from. It was unrealistic but that’s why I love fiction so much. And of course the narration was the best of the best.

The attention to being diabetic

Gemma Rogers and Imogen Church absolutely rock. Edge of your seat story. Set aside enough time to read/listen in one sitting!

Fabulous story!

My spouse is a diabetic so I am very familiar with lies and highs. This was a bit much with the highs and lows every few sentences, but still a good story.

Good story - too much insulin talk.
