I learned a lot

This is not the usual type of audiobook I listened to, but I have learned a lot about emotions and how we deal ( or not) with them. It's a very diverse guide that breaks down different emotions and helps you learn and grow. The author is very knowledgeable and provides great advice and recommendations while remaining personal. I liked the way the audiobook presented the fact that habits have such a strong impact on us. I would recommend it to anyone

Great books

They say it takes 21 days to form a habit. This is not an ordinary book. It gives you effective strategies to train your brain for success and to form life changing habits. I have read many books on changing your thought patterns and this one did not disappoint.

It has some powerful techniques and suggestions on how to change your thoughts for long lasting change.

I particularly liked the bit about changing habits. This section has really helped me to focus and incorporate change into my life
