This book is about improving memory but I feel it's much deeper. Many thing in this book can be applied to other areas of your life. Great book. And also, it has no fluff. It's straight to the point and practical. Glad to have this on my shelf and will be a book I plan to reread many more times.

Great Book

A lot of very practical tips on how to improve your memory, with clear explanations. He got really repetitive in the beginning in his "you can do anything if you really try" speech, but overall, I'd recommend it.

Awesome book

Awesome book - quick read, finished quickly one afternoon. And definitely helpful as I gear up for my board review, am slightly brain dead/cannot remember my own name so I'm digging up lots of resources on memory and information retention/ speed reading. So now I'm totally like.... A&Ox1. Do not ask me who the president is.

Great Book

This book describes amazing simple methods to improve mental agility by focusing on memory. As a college student, I found this to be an invaluable resource. I have spent so many hours reading things, hearing things, only to forget them and have to study them all again come test time, and then forget them again after the class is over.
