Publisher's Summary

Well hark at you, stumbling upon my autobiography. Bet you wouldn't have put money on that three years ago, eh? Please don't stress yourself out too much, though; it's actually socially acceptable nowadays that you're interested.

Firstly I'd like to emphasise that I have written this audiobook myself, so be assured you're getting the tooth, the whole tooth and nothing but the tooth! (Which was my original choice of title, but babe, we're so over that).

This audiobook documents my story, year by year, from my humble beginnings growing up in the East End of London and becoming one of the nation's most talked-about people overnight to finally moving up the spectrum from guilty pleasure and getting nearer to national treasure. It will make you laugh and cry, and most importantly you'll discover who I really am. If it doesn't do any of those things, you're not legally entitled to a refund - just clearing that up ;-).

I hope you enjoy listening this book as much as I have enjoyed writing it. This book has been like therapy, and Lord was I in need. Enjoy!

Brilliant!

I wasn't too sure about listening to the book but it was well worth it. I really enjoyed Rylan's conversational style of narration and the antics he got up to. He is thoroughly entertaining and it's worth a listen.

Like having a chat with a friend. 😂

I never liked Rylan when I first saw him on X Facter....but over the following years I have found it genuinely pleasing to see his career really take off... so when coming across this book whilst browsing for a new one I decided to give it a go. I am so pleased I did. As with any autobiography if read yourself you tend to hear the person's voice in your head reading it, so I was doubly delighted to see Rylan was actually narrating the audible version himself! He makes me laugh when on TV and his down to earth narration certainly lived up to the job too!! With many a time waking my husband up due to me laughing out loud when listening during the night with earplugs when I can't sleep!! OPPS!!! Rylan speaks honest and truthful throughout. Including his childhood, family, schooling, coming out, right through his career, his past relationships, his wedding day and much more in between. It wasn't like he was reading a book but as though he was here in the room with me telling his life story in person over a cuppa tea. I actually felt a little deflated when the book came to an end😥 I thoroughly enjoyed this book and definitely recommend it even if you are not a big Rylan fan....give it a go... it will without fail have you giggling if nothing else. 😂

Made me laugh out loud at times, very well written and narrated by Rylan, I highly recommend. This book was a breath of fresh air, and was a great distraction for me when having a tough time! Nothing negative to say!
