When Lance Marshall's life comes crashing down, his wife arranges for him to meet with his high school mentor and coach, Moore. Coach Moore sends Lance back to the locker room to talk with five sports legends who are now successful leaders.

Each player will show Lance a principle for excellence in both leadership and the home. But the advice comes with a caveat: Lance must apply the principle he learns within 24 hours or the meetings end.
