One of my favorite CJ Petit audio books

I’m a big CJ Petite fan and this is one of the best and most original of his many excellent books. I have listened to it many times, and feel like the characters in the book are old friends. I love the reader as well. My highest recommendation!

Joe keeping his ten year promise

an angry boy learning how to love. a boy who was emotionally healed. the last four as adults learning how to let go at the right time and live their own lives.

The closeness of these four as the story continued.

Teenage book

Predictable, simple characters, slow, boring plot line for an adult reader. Written for a much younger audience. Like watching an episode of “Gun Smoke”.
