I really enjoyed the virtual voice that narrated this story. It was very soothing yet poignant. I’ve never really considered Simon because he has mentioned very little in the New Testament but hearing this story about his life makes me want to investigate him more. The story was told very well. There were times I had planned to stop reading for the day, but the story kept me engaged so I listened further. I’ve read one other title by Abigail Rose, and enjoyed it as well. I will continue to seek out her titles as she is a gifted storyteller.
