Once you start, you cannot stop.
Once you start listening to this story make sure to clear your schedule because you won’t be able to do anything else until you get to the end of this amazing story. The actors bring the story to life and you can picture this being made into a television series with so many engrossing characters and a plot that keeps you on the edge of your seat. The only negative is that it comes to an end to soon. You want to hear more about Pietro, Sr, Picho, Maya and Nando. Do yourself a favor and listen to this today. I listened to this non-stop over the holidays. Couldn’t pause it for a second. What a well told thrilling, suspenseful adventure. Wow!!! Pietro Jr (Picho) is a true survivor. Thank you for sharing this heart wrenching true life tale. This needs to be made into a tv show ASAP. It reminded me of the best shows ever made like Narcos, Ozark and Sopranos. Netflix’s or HBO/ MAX are you listening. This is what podcasts should all be. A Cinema experience inside your AirPods. Pass the word “Best of 2024”

Interesting history
Very interesting story of Tijuana’s life behind the tourist veil. Especially interesting as I have visited there for years.

Incredible comeback

Well produced!
This book is well done. The author tells his story from first person perspective in such a way that it draws you in. When I listen to the book, I can actually feel that I’m there in the midst of everything. I will definitely be listening to this book again.
