Who wrote this?

I have enjoyed many stories by Heather Graham but this one is poorly written, badly narrated and reminds me of some of the more juvenile stories I’ve come across. I was looking forward to this change from the FBI stories so am disappointed to find the story line is interesting but the rest is less than appealing.

The narrator is horrible

I love Heather Graham, but I couldn't make it past the 1st chapter. Based on the 1st chapter only, the writing was stilted & written by an inexperienced writer, not an experienced writer, that I know Heather Graham to be. And to make it worse, the narrator was horrible. I feel cheated and beyond disappointed.

A comedy?

Very disappointed. Between the juvenile writing style and the poor narration, the story sounded more like a comedy. The narration was so fast, it sounded like there was a race to the finish. I’ve always liked the Krewe series, but this novel was not a pleasure.
