    Oct 16 2025

Ever felt scared to put yourself out there or wondered, “Who am I to be visible?” This episode is for you.

Recorded live at the Powerhouse Women event, this panel conversation dives deep into the emotional side of building a personal brand. Joined by Krista Williams (Almost 30) and Lori Harder (Earn Your Happy), we talk about showing up online—even when you’re tired, scared, or doubting yourself.

You’ll hear how to reveal the next version of yourself, navigate judgment (especially your own), and create content from overflow—not obligation. We also share practical tips for batching content during high-energy moments and honoring the seasons when you need rest.

If you’ve been holding back or waiting until you “feel” ready… let this conversation be the push you didn’t know you needed.

Ever feel awkward when it’s time to sell? 😬 Same. But what if you had a proven 8-step sales framework that took our team from zero experience to a 60% close rate?

In this episode, I share the exact process we used to build confidence, train our team, and sell everything from masterminds to coaching programs—without feeling sleazy.

You’ll learn how to isolate desire, avoid common sales mistakes, and create a process that works for any offer (yes, even hot dogs 🐶🌭).

Let’s ditch the awkward and sell with heart, strategy, and results. 💥

Click play to hear all of this and:

[00:00] Why understanding deep customer desire transforms how you sell

[00:54] Childhood story: Watching kids sell chiclets at the border taught me this powerful sales lesson

  • Start Messy. Forget Perfection. Make Money.
    Oct 9 2025

If you’ve ever found yourself saying, “I’ll start when I have more time/money/clarity/confidence…” this episode is your permission slip to quit waiting and just start already. 🙌

While traveling with Amy Porterfield, I had a powerful conversation in the TSA line with a woman named Diana—an aspiring founder who had an amazing idea but hadn’t taken the first step. She was asking about investors and funding, and before she could finish her sentence, I interrupted her with one phrase that changed everything: "You invest in your business before anyone else will."

Y’all, this isn’t just for Diana. It’s for YOU.

Whether you’re 30 or 60, whether your idea is for a beauty brand, a coaching business, or a side hustle that lights you up—you don’t need perfection. You need proof of concept.

In this solo episode, I’m breaking down:

    • Why the “perfect time” is a myth
    • How to build trust in yourself when starting feels overwhelming
    • What proof of concept actually looks like
    • The difference between dreaming and doing

So if you’ve been thinking about starting something new, or you’re stuck in analysis paralysis, grab your headphones and let’s talk about the power of messy, scrappy, life-changing beginnings.

💥 Your idea matters. The market needs what you have. And it all starts… now.

Click play to hear all of this and:

[00:00] Why waiting for the “perfect time” is killing your dream
[00:56] The moment I met Diana in the TSA line and how she sparked this episode [02:57] Diana’s idea and what she asked me about funding (and what I told her instead)
[03:58] The ONE piece of advice I give to every dreamer: Just start
[04:51] How starting creates clarity—and what most people get wrong about this process
[06:00] The true meaning of “proof of concept” (and how YOU can prove yours) [07:30] What YOU need to do before anyone else will invest in your dream

I've been a long-time follower of Jasmine and even named her as my mentor and hero. I've always felt that the universe had big plans for me, plans that I'm currently *painting* and unsure what the final image will be.
Jasmine's creates a space of possibility and hope. Even more so, she truly cares about her audience. When I've shared episodes on social media, she's personally voice messaged me gratitude (which was a total pinch me moment!)
My current personal goal is to be a group mentor and speaker for the wedding industry, celebrating the businesses who celebrate love. Jasmine pushes me to keep going even if I can't see the bigger picture yet. One day soon, I will thank her in person for her generosity, resilience, perspective, and support, which inspires so many to keep showing up. AND if the universe allows, call her my personal coach.
If it's not obvious yet, I highly recommend this podcast 🥰
