From the time of his birth in the rad-scarred wastes of Baal Secundus, he was destined for glory and strife. From his apotheosis to Scout, to the hive cities of Armageddon and the alien menace of the Cryptus system, Dante has waged war against all the enemies of the Imperium. Short but Sweet
For a audio drama clocking at under 30 minutes this is by far one of the best preformed pieces from Black Library. The set up between a traitor Imperial Guardsman and an Inquisitor in a short conversation leads into a morally grey tale of good men trapped not only by their roles but also by a cruel and merciless universe. Highly recommended even for people who are not quite fans of the Warhammer 40,000 universe.

Another great Warhammer 40k Novella!
To consort with the heretic is to endanger one’s purity. But to lie to an inquisitor is to forfeit your soul. – Inquisition quote.
Another short novella, however this one had more back and forth between characters. Giving the listener a little glimpse inside the world, without devolving into an evil and not evil person/creature.
I totally want this as a full sized book, someone come take my money and give me that book!!! However, only four stars because it is only a scene out of a book, not a complete story (well I guess we could quibble on that).
