🤯 WTH Sophie

Whoa whoa whoa. I’ve never wanted to slap a character until now. I mean come on...surely no one is that dumb. The story kept me coming back, partly because I wanted to see if she got smart. But....😆

Save ur credits unless u like smut

I am soooo disappointed in this book. I read a lengthy review in the Dallas Morning News and was so excited to try a new author.

This book is 5% gun club and 5% background and 80% smut. Bored housewives running around drinking, going to bars to chasing men, men with men, women with women, cheating on their spouses, and lots of drinking ( which precedes bars and chasing men), teenagers adulterous with grown women and the one girl who got pregnant.

I’ll leave it at that in case you want to read the book. Don’t bother if this kind of crap is little to you.

Won’t miss much if you don’t listen to it

Childish main character, very poor storyline, lacks content with an interesting twist at the end.

TX housewives behaving badly

Would round up to 3.5⭐️. Overall, I enjoyed the book. Kept me guessing the whole time! If this is how housewives in TX are, then that’s reason 85959 for me not to move there! Very excited to see how this plays out in the new Netflix show though!

Wanted to read before I watched the show. Fun book!

I liked the twists and turns. Loved the angst. Some things were predictable but overall a great book!
