If you’re experiencing The Hatebug on Audible brace yourself.This story is already disturbing , but the narration by Carietta Dorsch takes it to another level. The delivery is controlled, eerie, and perfectly paced, which somehow makes the horror hit even harder. There’s no overacting just a steady descent into something grotesque and wrong.It’s a short listen, but incredibly effective. I found myself tensing up even when nothing “big” was happening, which says a lot about the atmosphere. If you like your horror uncomfortable and intimate, this audiobook will absolutely get under your skin.Not for the faint of heart but if extreme horror is your lane, this is a must-listen.
