Fun story!

Fun story, but the author exposes uncomfortable truth about where the characters have lived in their lives. It is a joy they have moved on and grown to the point that they can remember the past and help others with wisdom from their own natural experiences and now good lives.

As always a great story.

You cannot help but love these rich characters. From Mr. Jlb to Ma Macutsie you will chuckle many times at the situations they are in. Such a good read and the performance fantastic as always for this narrator Lisette Licat. Could listen to her all day. :)

Too much repetition

I think I've read too many of these. I'm sick of hearing about the 97% or whatever was on the secretary exam

wonderful as ever

but the ending was a bit abrupt for the rest of the story for me

I'm addicted to these wonderful novels!

Another winner in the 1 Ladies Detective Agency series! This is Book 15 in the 16 book series of wonderful novels set in Botswana (I have already reviewed Book 16). Book 15 is one of my favorites in the series. Both Grace Makutsi and Charlie (the apprentice mechanic) have some major issues to face. Violet Suporto is back and remains the villain.

I'm a huge fan of the narration of Lisette Lecat and her wonderful accent. I've given her 5 stars here, but during the first two hours her voice was different. Maybe she had a cold.
