Breathtaking story and narration!

I just finished the audiobook of Robert Jordan’s “The Great Hunt” narrated by Rosamund Pike, and I’m awestruck.

The story is as epic as any in fantasy, with character drama and development that makes you care at the individual human level, all the way up to world (and time!) shaking events.

And Pike’s absolutely masterful performance brings it to life more than you can imagine! The emotion, tension, romance and battles leap from the page into your mind’s eye thanks to Rosamund Pike, who has to be the most gifted narrator alive today.

Let the Dragon ride again on the winds of time, and let Rosamund Pike narrate all 14 books of Robert Jordan’s The Wheel of Time!

I loved Books 1 and 2! Can’t wait for Book 3!

I bought the original audiobook version of The Great Hunt by accident, and was so disappointed in it that I ditched it and bought the Rosamund Pike narration. She has the breadth of talent to give unique voices to the large cast of characters in this series.

I am eagerly awaiting her narration of Book 3!

Absolutely fantastic!

Loved this book- even better than the first! Rosemund Pike’s narration is much better than the older version. I know people love the others, but her ability to bring the character’s voices to life is brilliant. I really hope she can complete the other books sooner than later.

Please have Rosamund Pike do the whole series!!!! She gives it so much life. Absolutely amazing job as a narrator. This one blew me away and was even better than the first but the first was still amazing.

Keep ‘Em Coming!

I know that the original audiobooks are beloved by many, but they are pretty tough for me to listen to. I have had family and friends trying to get me to read these books for years, and it wasn’t until Rosamund Pike narrated that the story really came alive for me. She is truly amazing. I know the 3rd book is coming sometime early next year but I seriously hope they have her read all of them!
