I was surprised that the synthetic voice was as good as it was. In fact, I wish it could be made optional across Audible.

It lacked action, but I suspect that will be corrected in the sequel. The characters could be more complex as well.

meh...

a good story but ruined by virtual voice. VV. can't vary its voice to flesh out individual characters and it all kinda blurs together.

More complex that I expected

The story line of this book was far more sophisticated in its construction than I expected it to be. I would love to see a sequel to it and it is entertaining from start to finish. Even the AI narration is easily understood throughout.

Enjoyable

Not the first such premise I've listened too, so as such a solid 4 in all .

Yes ! I include the narration and narrator.
Give it a try, once you get into the storyline and rhythm it can still be a great listen.
I won't pay to listen from this format but it can be enjoyable.
