Clever premise, however..

the lead female character comes off as a dim wit do to poorly written dialogue. i think a good editor could have caught this and helped this book reach escape velocity. .

ANOTHER GOOD ONE!

I failed to mention in my other reviews the narration. Caroline and Traber did an awesome job with the different voices with all the books. I'm not one for spoilers, but if you haven't listened to these books in order, you should. They have kept me entertained, laughing out loud and on the edge of my seat.

I had a great time reading this book! there was mystery after mystery for the characters to solve.

Another great example of a good mystery.

The characters in these books are really something special. Cleo Coyle does a really great job of developing characters and writing mysteries. I enjoy the suspense and humor in these books. The narration by Caroline Shaffer and Traber Burns is done really well. I can't imagine anyone else doing it.

Love Poe

A lot of interesting information on Poe. This made for a very interesting murder mystery. Lots of twist and turns. Truly enjoy the characters.

Don't miss this one.

Loved the book and it keeps you guessing until the very end to who is guilty!

Great writer

Just finished my third book by Ms Coyle. On to my fourth. Great fun reads.

Watch Pen become more assertive!

Continuing the saga of Pen and her ghost, Jack. Jack is a great character in his own right and he’s often Pen’s courage. Pen dreams Jack’s life. These mysteries are cozy; they I continue to hold the reader’s interest and come to a solved end. I’m enjoying them and will now go to book 4.

Ghost and Detective work

A really interesting book with lots of excitement throughout the entire book. It was very interesting to learn about Poe’s books and life.
