A great easy listen
I found this book easy to listen to, enjoyable, motivating and inspiring.
It focuses on the fundamentals, like the importance of exercise, sleep, nutrition, staying off social media, living in the present.
It also has information about Tyson’s training camps and his training methods and routines.
The information is simple and easy to understand, and the narrator has a nice voice.
I would recommend this book.

If you want to listen to a book completely about boxing, it’s backgrounds, skills and so on - this is not the book for you.
If you want to listen to a book about a brave man who has fought back from mental illness and the tactics he uses for that- then this is the book for you.

Fantastic and inspiring
Tyson fury and his alter ego ‘The Gyspy King’ is full of so many inspiring stories, quotes and advice. Tyson so eloquently describes various parts of his life, his challenges and how he overcame them. To be so open and honest about his shortcomings ( for someone soooo taaaallll) pardon the pun, was a great tonic. I made a note of some of his stories and advice and once I finished the book I have listened to them again. This audio book made me laugh, made me think about my life and most importantly made me change - more exercise and challenge yourself as he quotes from his dad - go out and get it.
