In a junkyard galaxy where old starships go to rust, a forgotten secret is waiting to be found. For George, a boy with scrapyard dust in his veins, life is a quiet adventure of tinkering with discarded parts. That is, until he unrolls a mysterious map made not of paper, but of pure, shimmering starlight.

Teaming up with his brilliant best friend, Nova, they piece together a patchwork ship, The Wanderer, and launch themselves into the adventure of a lifetime. Their journey leads them through whispering asteroid fields, to planets with upside-down rainbows, and into glowing gardens that breathe with soft light. But they are not alone. A menacing shadow known as the Void Weaver hunts them across the cosmos, determined to consume the very light they seek.

What began as a simple treasure hunt quickly becomes a galaxy-spanning quest to awaken a legendary lost fleet and protect the ancient magic of the stars. Can two kids in a homemade ship outsmart an ancient darkness and relight the forgotten corners of the universe, or will the galaxy’s most wonderful secrets be lost to the shadows forever?
