As for the content, reading/listening to this is an eye-opening experince with the potencial of being a life changing one! for me it was so I'll be recomending this book for a long time.

I read the first chapter of the print version of this book (it's available for free on daniellelaporte.com) and it was great but I have to say that listening to this book narrated by the writter itself it's fantastic!! Why? Because you get to listen the emotions and enfasis she puts behind the words so you get the info as she intended to, so I think this fact takes this book to another level.

Well, having said that I would also say that sometimes the same audio nature of this piece makes it difficult to diggest the info and belive me, there is a lot to diggest, so I found myself pausing and replaying a lot! So this is definitely something to consider. My personal opinion is that the replaying and pausing it's totally worth it.

If you do buy this audiobook make sure you download the pdf that comes with it (It's a workbook that normally comes as part of the print version), although this workbook is read as part of the audiobook it's definitely useful to have it written.
