Publisher's Summary

National best-selling authors Carl Weber and Treasure Hernandez are back with their latest installment in the wildly popular Family Business saga.

Vegas Duncan's release from prison is right on time for his older brother Junior's engagement to the voluptuous Sonya Brown. Unfortunately Junior's attempt at happiness comes to a screeching halt when Sonya's husband, the mysterious Brother X, and his army of Muslim hit men declare war on the Duncan clan. Duncan family patriarch LC Duncan has gone up against many foes in his time. However, he's never gone up against a religious fanatic like Brother X, who cares little about money and everything about principle.

After 50 years in business, LC always manages to come out on top, but that might be hard to do this time since he's lying near death in a hospital bed. What could be worse than fighting a war while your father's in a coma? How about two brothers and a brother-in-law undermining each other in a battle for control of the family business?

Once again the Duncan family is wrapped up in the drama, intrigue, and nonstop action that fans have come to expect from this powerful series.

Pretty good!

I am not surprised that Carl Weber did a great job on this one. Although I would have liked a lot more SEX in this book I still appreciated the content. I loved the way characters from a previous book were reintroduced and gave you a followup on their lives since then. The Duncan family must learn that the only people they can truly trust are each other. Excited to see all the new discoveries and was holding on to hope through all the tragedies. The performances were great. I can't wait for book 4 you will not be disappointed reading this one.

Doesn't live up

Would you recommend this book to a friend? Why or why not?

I can't recommend this book, but I would recommend the series. This book falls short of all the rest mostly because the narrators didn't seem to capture the characters. The voices just didn't seem to fit... The correct emotions weren't there and it killed it for me...

Any additional comments?

This story just lacked the action that was present in the other books. The story itself wasn't bad but, considering the first 2 book, this was an after school special... NOT GOOD ENOUGH FOR THE SERIES...

🧐☺️to Kevin

Kevin love you elsewhere (i.e. Married Men) BUT NOT as Vegas. Perhaps Rio or the voice of Orlando. Just saying... still got love for ya.

- Thanks, Enjoy your day. Tt

waited Why

This book wasn’t for you, but who do you think might enjoy it more?

Not a real fan of the other two

Has The Family Business 3 turned you off from other books in this genre?

Yes

Would you be willing to try another one of the narrators’s performances?

No

If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from The Family Business 3?

The entire plot! This booked was nothing like the part 1 or 2! So disappointed

Any additional comments?

I waited for this! Was so happy to finally get it and after chapter 3 I knew it wasn't nothing like the first two! The story had no plot! Pointless and rushed I'm mad I wasted my credit

Family Business 3 was not as good as 1 or 2. <br />

I struggled to finish it. I hope the next book is better. It didn't feel like Carl wrote it.

KEEP THE FAMILY BUISNESS GOING!!

Would you consider the audio edition of The Family Business 3 to be better than the print version?

I have not read the print version but I love that there are different voices for all the characters, It's easy to keep them seperated.

Did the plot keep you on the edge of your seat? How?

Yes it did. I was worried about the situation they found themselves in and how they would manage to get out of them.

Which character – as performed by the narrators – was your favorite?

Tough choice I am a fan of Paris, she is hilarious to me. She seems so shallow sometimes but when the family is in a pinch she is always there.

Was this a book you wanted to listen to all in one sitting?

Yes, I really wanted to know what happened next.
