Publisher's Summary

Time was supposed to obscure memories, but when Kyle Griffon saw the sunlight glinting off Lucas Kendrick's hair, she knew she'd never stopped waiting for him. Ten years before, he'd awakened her woman's passion, and when he left without a word, her quicksilver laughter had turned to anger, and her rebel's heart to a wild flirtation with danger - anything to forget the pain of losing him. Now he was back, and he needed her help in a desperate plan - but did she dare revive the flame of desire that once had burned her? Lucas had never stopped loving Kyle, wanting her, but could she forgive a man who made mistakes, who was not the perfect hero of her girlhood dreams? Once she'd trusted him enough to answer his savage demands with wild elation, echoing his fierce need with her own. Now could she show him she was strong enough to hold him in the fortress of her love?

Fun story

Pros: I enjoy and look forward to Kay's Hagen series. I really like the 'people' and the interaction between them. It's fun.

Cons: The reader isn't very good. Her different voices for the males especially, was grating.

Overall: If your stressed out and can't relax-this book is for you.
It's a simple fast read [listen]. It's a good book to listen to when you are at the dentist.

Great Story...Terrible Narration

What did you like best about The Fall of Lucas Kendrick? What did you like least?

Wonderful story. I so enjoy the Hagan Series. The characters and the interaction between characters is priceless and entertaining.
The worst part of this book is the narration. This reader is terrible. The voices are awful and she spoiled the experience. Will never purchase another book with this narrator.

What other book might you compare The Fall of Lucas Kendrick to and why?

The other books in the Series. I like the continuing characters and stories.

What didn’t you like about Cynthia Darlow’s performance?

This was the worst narrator. Her voices are terrible, they sound like cartoon characters. I have other books in this series and they narrators have been wonderful.

Did The Fall of Lucas Kendrick inspire you to do anything?

No..I had already purchased others in the series.
