Imagine sitting in a bar and having a chance encounter with a large, intimidating redhead. Although he seems reserved, your courage to sit beside him appears to have sparked a fire inside the huge man. He approaches you and asks if you are interested in a story, more importantly, his. As he guides you to a quieter space in the gloomy tavern, you are in awe of the bulky character walking you to a secluded booth.

After a short time, you begin to hear the storm travelling over the bar. The thunder rumbles as the heavy rainfall beats down on the roof. Flashes of light illuminate the strain on the large man's face as he tells his tale. Soon, you realise this saga will take you around the world and into the depths of your mind and soul. Words spill from his mouth like blood from a wound. Wisdom mixed with pain and victoryfalls not only on your ears but is heard deep within your heart.

As his stories travel from Norway to Greece, amongst the many realms lost in legends, you begin to realise this man is not only more than he appears but wiser than how others have portrayed him. He has the day after Odin's named after him. He is not only your protector but the defender of Asgard. He is a son of the leader of the Pantheon and a hero of great strength.
