Great book by Pakman. He is able to both methodically lay out the current political climate while also explaining how we got here in the first place. The book is well paced and extremely insightful. A great read for anyone interested in politics, regardless of your position.

Favorite media guy!

He is well informed and well researched. I love what Mr. Pakman does! I can tell he was very thoughtful when he was making this. I was pleased to see that he really narrated his own book too! Thank you again Mr. Pakman!

With the biggest…wettest…tears in my eyes, David sir explains everything how we got here and how we can honestly and TRUTH CENTRAL towards a better place in AMERICA. But! A huge but, thank your lucky stars you’re not David Pakman!

HIGHLY RECOMMING THIS BOOK!! please read review

I have not yet finished this book, but had to let the people who care know that it's PHENOMENAL... I am starting chapter 7 of 9. This isn't a book that is a war on Trump or Maga, this is an education of how politics could and should work... I find it extremely educational and interesting. I wear my heart on my sleeve as it is... but chapter 5 actually made me get a little teary eyed, knowing how so many countries give a damn about their populations. Just knowing what other countries have been able to do for the people within them is extremely educational and interesting... just imagining how this country could use the policies discussed in this book, makes me a little angry that our politicians don't use these examples here in the US.
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK!! I have bought it for someone else I know will get as much out of it, as well.

Excellent Material

David can always articulate complex issues well. I would like to see another book on ways to repair the damage after this administration ends.

Mr. Pakmam puts a lot of facts into an easy to understand book about the steady decline of America's media literacy and how it's affecting the politics in our democracy.
