Really enjoyed listening!

The story was amazing and kept me on my toes. It was very well written and the narrator made the characters come to life. The accents were spot on and brought so much more to the story. Overall, I loved it!

It was an enjoyable listen.

This was a fun story set in the “old west.”

The characters are interesting with warm interactions among the Carter family. Frank’s interactions with his nieces is a contrast to his interactions with Cat. He is very slow to admit the depth of his attraction and love for Cat. His mouth has little filter; every time he comes close to realizing his true feelings his unruly mouth ruins the moment.

The narration was well done.

2nd Book, Frank and Cat, who’ve Danced Around Each Other For Years

Brothers who are mining, Frank and Harris. Harris is the first book and finds love. This is Franks book with Catherine (Cat), who sang at the saloon..but he thinks she did more. Franks opinion and totally unfiltered mouth causes problems with Cat throughout the book.
In someways funny..you just want him to get a clue, but it’s actually unfiltered Frank Cat loves
You can’t help but love this family and town...aim hoping for more!
The narrator is perfect, love his Frank voice, esp in his head when he does something dumb!

Not A Dance hall Girl

The Dance Hall Wife
By: CiCi Cordelia

This is book two in this series. The male protagonist can be called nothing better than a jerk. The female protagonist is complicated. She wants independence but she seems to be a little bit clingy when it comes to sex. The two are perfect for each other. Will they figure it out before something sinister happens. I look forward to book three.

The narration was well done. The characters were well portrayed. Alan Taylor has a very nice voice.

ENJOYABLE READ!

I really enjoyed this book. The narration was great and kept you entertained. This author did a great job with the character builds and plot. This is not my first book by this author, I read the first book (The substitute Wife) and enjoyed it as well. I am looking forward to reading more books by this author. NEVER JUDGE A BOOK BY IT'S COVER

'I was given this free review copy audiobook at my request and have voluntarily left this review.' I really enjoyed this book and feel that CiCi Cordelia and Alan Taylor did terrific jobs on it. The character of Catherine Purdue, seemed to come alive for me and I could see her holding the knife at the throat of the stupid banker. Frank Carter was a little harder for me as he seemed to be so loud and beligerant at times, I wondereed what Cat saw in him. The story was very well written and I look forward to CiCi's next book.
