One day while walking home from school through an abandoned lot he hears crying coming from a hole in the ground He peers inside and sees a glowing green crystal When he touches it theres a flash of light and he passes out


When Connor wakes up in his bed the next morning at first everything seems normal But then strange things start to happen He can lift his desk with one hand His senses are heightened he can hear conversations blocks away and see details no human should Then when a bully tries to take his backpack laser beams shoot out of Connors eyes

Scared of his new powers but also thrilled Connor starts secretly testing his new limits after school He realizes the crystal somehow gave him super strength speed laser vision and more With practice hes soon zipping up buildings and catching cars like a pro

But he wonders why him? Should he tell anyone? What's his purpose? Connor gets his answer when he spots smoke downtown A new supervillain named Mechanix is attacking with a giant mechanical spider! Finally this is what his powers are for After an epic battle, Connor defeats Mechanix and rescues the city as its new mystery superhero

Connor enlists his best friend Raj to be his sidekick for backup Raj makes him a secret costume and hi-tech gadgets for missions As Connor balances normal school life with superhero duties he questions if he can live up to the responsibilities of his newfound powers Or will the pressure be too much?
