Debbie, what?
I have read a handful of other Macomber stories and like them well enough despite the Hallmarky cheese, but this was certainly not her best. Neither character is likeable at all. There is no explanation for Russ even liking Taylor when all they did was argue other than she was pretty and new to town. Taylor is extremely fickle and emotional. Zero substance to their relationship. And for that reason, I'm out.

Love this city meets country
Debbie always makes her books come to life. It’s like I am right there. I was never much on reading books but with Debbie I have a new appreciation. I do cheat a little because I love it on audible.
