Intriguing

As someone who has always been intrigued by big ideas and philosophical exploration, this complete collection of Nietzsche’s writings was a fantastic read. The narration is engaging, clear and expressive. This anthology has challenged my thinking and inspired countless reflections.

A Masterpiece. Wow.

I’ve read Nietzsche for many, many years — Thus Spoke Zarathustra has always been, and remains, my favourite. This book was so far ahead of its time, and its relevance today cannot be overstated.

To have the ability to listen to the full collection in one place? Incredible. Thank you. This is a collection I’ll return to again and again.

a wild ride for the mind

Listening to this collection was like having a front-row seat to Nietzsche’s brain. intense, sharp, and sometimes totally chaotic. I’ve tried reading his stuff before and had a difficult time getting into it, but hearing it out loud made it way easier to follow for me. Some parts I had to rewind just to sit with the ideas, and others resonated right away. If you’re into philosophy or just want to stretch your thinking, this audiobook is a beast at 52 hours. Totally worth the deep dive.

Complete & Comprehensive!

I've heard so much about Nietzsche but obviously only learned a little of his philosophy/teachings. I wanted to understand more deeply, so figured this was a good audiobook. He's a very interesting character, for sure. I think some of his philosophy is great work, but towards the end he goes off the rails a little bit. Obviously I disagree with him on that. But still, great collection!

I finally tackled "The Complete Friedrich Nietzsche Collection," and whoa, talk about a mind-bender! You know how some thinkers just kinda nudge your perspective? Nietzsche straight-up shoves it off a cliff in the best way possible. His ideas, like the "eternal recurrence," really stuck with me, making me think about the weight of every little decision. It's not always a light read, and sometimes I felt like my brain was doing mental gymnastics, but honestly, grappling with his concepts totally changed how I see things. If you're up for a serious philosophical adventure and don't mind feeling a little uncomfy with some long-held belifes, this collection is it.

Very mind challenging

Phew....this is long and it's a lot! However, I can appreciate (to a point at least) the sheer thinking wisdom in Nietzshe's philosophies and understandings of human nature and human desire. It is challenging to keep the thinking going, yet enjoyable too. It's really well narrated and very clear. The only thing is perhaps the narrator could have broken it up a little more as it's narrated quite the same throughout and it's really long.

I learned a ton!

This is a new philosophy that I hadn’t been exposed to before but I’m glad I took the chance and gave this book a listen. This book really is such a complete collection and I particularly found his ideas on morality to be incredibly interesting.

A deeply rewarding listen

Nietzsche isn’t always easy reading, his writing is poetic, intense, and often provocative, but that’s part of what makes him so compelling. So finding his major works in audiobook form was perfect for me, I am enjoying to listening to this on my long commute to work!
