Dragging

I was very much enjoying this series until it came to a couple in the later books. When almost every word in the book is about them yet there is no resolution. Some tension and drama is always to be expected but focusing sooooo much on a couple throughout several books without the payoff is actually a huge turnoff to even bother finishing the series. I get leaving the reader wanting more but this isn’t the way to do it. I was planning on reading the Sirens series next but I probably won’t now.
