You can run, but I will find you.

Working as a successful PI in Los Angeles, Heather Nelson hasn’t seen any of her high school classmates from Iowa in over a decade. When she makes a last-minute decision to attend her class reunion, she and her once tight-knit group of friends are surprised at dinner by a delivery of an elaborate forget-me-not floral arrangement. But the accompanying card contains an ominous message: "You deserve to die" - a message they brush off as an elaborate prank at first.

When several of the group come close to death in the following weeks, they begin to suspect that the sender of the message has deadly intentions. One by one, the friends contact Heather to divulge secrets from their past, convinced that the skeletons they are hiding put them at risk. Fearing for their lives, they beg Heather to return to Iowa and track down the person they believe is trying to kill them. But her friends only think they know her. Heather is hiding an explosive secret of her own.

Is she really an intended victim in a deadly game of revenge, or a twisted killer?

An pause-resisting, brilliant psychological thriller with a mind-blowing murder plot!

Another well-written story from a very good author

The Class Reunion: A Psychological Suspense Thriller, my seventh amazing read from author N.L. Hinkens. I enjoyed the well-developed outstanding suspense storyline with its intricately woven twists and turns. Norma (N.L.) Hinkens is on my radar of great authors! I was given an Audible copy of this book and am voluntarily reading & reviewing it. Narrator Julie Niblett's wonderful narration adds to the book's enjoyment. (RIP Marley January 20, 2014 - July 24, 2018).

Twisty turny goodness

I always know I’m going to get a great twist, turny story from N.L. This one was especially creepy due to some animals in the story. There are so many suspects that you are not sure who the culprit is until the end.

Amy Duechler did a great job with the narration.

Good book

it wasn't my favorite, but I'm glad I bought it. The ending was good and fit together nicely. I got a bit annoyed when everyone started turning on the main character. it felt forced and I found myself fast forwarding through some of it. I did like the going back to see the past events. I recommend it

Very good who-done it with a psychological twist.

If you enjoy psychological thrillers, The Class Reunion is worth reading or listening to. This was one of those stories that keeps you wondering who the “bad guy” is until they reveal themselves, and then once they are revealed, you learn there may be more to this story than you realized. Amy Deuchler’s narration brought each character to life.

Gripping…

Couldn’t put this audible down and listened to it straight through. One of the best psychological thrillers I have listened to in a long time. There were parts I had difficulty in listening to because of the nature of the story, but I won’t ruin anything.

Good Narration &Story

This psychology thriller is about the reunion of high school, to see her close friends from then and to honor Lindsay that has passed. Hillary a PI from LA decides to attend. A bouquet was delivered with a deadly messages on it. Secrets not shared then, and now happenings unsettling them. Wanting Hillary to come back and figure out what is happening. Could she, she has been a loner, and thought her secret safe. All the happenings seem to point to a revenge and someone not wanting to be quiet anymore. Good flowing plot, of secrets not shared now may need to be to figure out why, many suspects to the end to figure out. Given audio for my voluntary review

Tense

I liked the mystery and really enjoyed seeing everything unfold. I think the relationships of the characters could have been explored further.

I think I was frustrated with each of the characters at least once throughout and found myself muttering about how stupid people were being.

It kept me hooked while trying to figure it out.
