Sweet

Sweet but the sex scenes were a bit much🤷‍♀️. I’m not a prude or anything, but, the story is not enhanced by them. That being said, I can’t wait until the next book comes out!!! I’m enthralled!!!

This is my favorite book of the series so far. I loved the all the characters from the story and especially the two main characters and their back stories and how they found acceptance and love with each other.

Wasn’t bad

Would have been better without all of the sex towards the end of the book

Narration changes the feel of it for me, but cute story.

The story is cute. It’s formulaic, predictable, and a lovely hallmark Christmas movie-esque book. That’s not a knock, it’s a compliment. Cute small town full, outsider who happens to find herself there on a whim. Instant connection. Etc. it was the narration that didn’t work for me. The narrator is good, accomplished, well spoken. It’s not against her skill (ok the accents were horrific but they were few and far between so I’ll forgive that). Her voice just sounds too.. old? Polished? Something? For this part and it kind of changed the whole feel of it for me. It wasn’t bad just not right.

This one lacked depth for me

This was cute and I love how the characters intertwine with the other books. I loved the Pumpkin spice cafe. This one lacked depth for me, the main characters story was too plain, the sister didn't fit in well either. I also think it lacked spice. Again I found the narrators voice to be too old for the character.

Most of this was meh for me. Felt like a ton of not needed filler it was cute and I enjoyed the ending lol. It’s not very often you find a book where she’s the grumpy one and he’s a cinnamon roll so that was fun.
