what a heart warming story. just like real life. It was a good story with heartache and excitement for the future.

I love Coming of Age stories

As I said, I love coming of age novels, and when you pair it with a dog story, that just sweetens the deal! Lovely, but sad story, but one filled with “real life” - not always turning out the way you’d want it

Interesting, heartwarming, and sad. Learning life lessons can be hard. Well worth sharing and look forward to finding more from this author and narrator.

It was ok.

I had quite a few cringe worthy moments as the author decided I needed to know all of the horny thoughts of a 17 year old boy. The ending was a rough one.

The book left something to be desired. It was written okay the storyline was okay but it left so much open that should have been cleared up. It was just okay that is it.
