I would consider myself a pretty Zen guy for the most part, but right now, I am fired up! If this book doesn't motivate you to enact change within your organization, you're wrong. This title is easily the best book I've read on leadership and I'd like to make a suggestion to the reader. Download the audiobook so that you can catch the changes in tone, inflection, and emphasis. The delivery from the author is just as important as the content. Get the physical book to take notes throughout your journey. This is one for the tool belt.
