  • #64 | Alan Andrioni | Community and Outreach that form Laborers
    Mar 20 2026

Our guest this week is Alan Andrioni. Alan is currently on staff in Birmingham, England. However, his testimony and first years on staff trace back to Belo Horizonte, Brazil, where and when both hosts, Kent Bailey and Jon Elam, were on staff. Alan shares how the missional community he experienced drew him to Christ, and how the gospel transformed not only himself, but his family, classmates, and friends. After his tenure in Brazil, Alan and his family moved to labor in England, and he shares particularities of these two contexts, both challenges and opportunities. Europe is awakening once again, and he is excited to share how the church is meeting needs.

Season 4 will focus on our definition of a laborer, “a person mobilized through the church to live out Christ-centered identity with Spirit-filled character, who is governed by a Biblical worldview and who engages persuasively among non-Christians with the gospel and is equipped to multiply this lifestyle in others.”

  • #62 | Blake Buckman | The Simplicity of a Laborer
    Feb 13 2026

Our guest this week is Blake Buckman, Area Director with Campus Outreach Lexington, Kentucky. Blake is a blue-blood Kentuckian and loves to labor where his roots are strong. Blake came to faith in college through the faithful ministry of a few CO staff. His staff experience came when he felt so strongly about spending his days sharing Jesus on campus, “I can do nothing else.” Through fruitful seasons and very hard seasons, Blake boldly relies on the simplicity of the gospel and the saving grace of Jesus to continue to labor. Blake also shares about the incredible fruitfulness of CO Lexington's recent years on campus and how they strive to continue developing Christ-like laborers who can engage persuasively in any context with the good news of salvation.
