Story
In this classic companion to the best-selling book The Calvary Road, Roy and Revel Hession teach that seeing Jesus is the answer to every aspect of our Christian life. Painting a refreshing and challenging picture of the Lord Jesus, they tell of him in whom all the needs of human hearts are met. Two themes occur again and again in these chapters - grace and revival - but the main direction and theme is always Jesus.

Story
As a ministry worker, raising support can be a daunting task. It doesn't have to be intimidating though. It isn't about money or asking people to give. It is about looking to God to provide for you. He has given you a vision for ministry, and now you get to invite others into that vision. Your job is to pray and work hard to discover those whom the Lord has already prepared to invest in you and your ministry. God has done His work. Now it's time for you to do yours.

Story
The Bible tells us that the goal and purpose for every Christian is to be “conformed to the image of Christ”. God wants us to genuinely walk in his agape love, display his wisdom and depend upon his power, not just talk about these things. This audiobook will help you learn how to moment-by-moment renew your mind. No matter what your situation or what you have been through, God will make you more and more like Jesus. What is the mind of Christ? What does it do and how does it work? What are the "hidden chambers" of the temple, and how do they relate to our own inward, secret part?

Story
Is humility a Christlike attribute that should be pursued? And even if it should be, can genuine humility actually be attained? Often so practical in application that it is overlooked, the answer is found by studying the life and words of Christ (whosoever will be chief among you, let him be your slave). This little book is a loud call to all committed Christians to prove that meekness and lowliness of heart is the evidence by which those who follow the meek and lowly Lamb of God are to be known.

Story
This is a complete presentation on the workings of the human spirit and soul and body. The book aims at delivering people from the tyranny of self-life with its carnality and from the domination of the passions and lusts of the flesh. It attempts to lead them to the full salvation of Christ. It is not to be taken as a manual but as a guide to true spirituality. It is recommended that this three-volume work be listened to quickly once.

God waits to bless us in a way beyond what we expect. From the beginning, ear has not heard, neither has the eye seen, what God has prepared for those who wait for him (Isaiah 64:4). Jesus Christ of Nazareth was a man who healed all who came to him with power from the Holy Spirit. There was no challenge too great for him, and all who saw him knew he was sent from God. Yet, 2,000 years later, he is not with us anymore...or is he? F.F. Bosworth beautifully explains the healing power available to us today through the same one that healed all those years ago.

Pete Greig is a worldwide authority and the face of a generation when it comes to prayer. One of the founders of the 24-7 Prayer movement, he has seen, experienced, and chronicled amazing works of God in the world. While you might imagine him to be puffed up, Pete Greig is entirely the opposite. He is enchanting, down-to-earth, friendly, and most of all, very normal - and yet he tells preposterous tales about prayer (and they're true). He is basically a regular dude who loves to talk with God.

Publisher's summary
This is an updated edition of a book written by Missionary and evangelist Roy Hession in 1950 in which he profiles the nature of religious revival and lays out the prerequisites and consequences of the activity of God in the heart of the hungry seeker.
Roy Hession (1908-1992) was a British evangelist and author. Hession was born in London in 1908. He was educated at Aldenham School where his introduction to religion led him to expect "anything but boredom" from God. He was very much influenced by their strong emphasis on a personal implementation of the basics of the Christian faith, in particular the healing powers of openness and repentance. His preaching subsequently incorporated these new insights. This brought criticism because of its introspective element, from some he had previously worked with, but it was much appreciated by many Christians on both sides of the Atlantic.
Roy Hession died in 1992 but he is remembered for his infectious enthusiasm and his humor, but above all for his unwavering stand on the principles of repentance and grace that had become so precious to him.

A very scriptural book. Uncovers misconceptions of what is revival. It begins with me. Confessing my unspirit-filled reactions to others. Not there sin but mine on a daily bases. So many more good teachings in this book. Also filled with others testimonials.

Valued Instruction for Personal Revival
Even though the author's instruction is deeply colored through the filter of his personal experience, he's still right about the basic components and steps of revival. It's very useful in that this book is almost laid out like a service manual for your spirit. as there are new new models of spirits but those but God creates man with, the manual is still valid today and it remains timeless.

Every Christian Needs to Read This
Don't be put off by the age of this book or think that it is no longer relevant in the modern landscape of Christian teaching. It manages to encapsulate timeless truth about our relationship with Jesus that is even more relevant today than when it was first published. To be able to walk in constant fullness of God's Spirit to overflowing is the greatest calling of our lives. Without this book I wouldn't have known the depth of meekness and repentance required to access God's peace that surpasses understanding.

Story

In this magisterial and best-selling book, John Stott explains the significance of Christ's cross and answers the objections commonly brought against biblical teaching on the atonement.
